2. Create your account using Phone Number or Email ID.

As a new member you will receive 10% off full-priced styles* on your first order. You’ll also be the first to know about exclusive drops, new arrivals, upcoming sales, store updates and Atri events.

Got your eye on something, but it's out of stock on our online store? We can keep you in the loop! Sign up for a restock email notification on our website.

Just look for the "notify me when available" button and pop your details in and we'll do the rest.

You cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped. Cancellations are only possible before the tracking details are generated with our delivery partner (this typically happens before the order is shipped).

To cancel your order before the tracking details are generated, please send an email at contact@atri.in

In case of cancellation (before the order is shipped), we will refund the amount back to the original source within 4-5 business days.

To return or exchange your orders, please make sure you initiate the request within 7 days of delivery.

Please ensure all items returned/exchanged have original tags, and intact seal, and are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Avoid makeup or any other marks. Hand over correct items to the pickup executive to prevent incorrect returns. Reuse original packaging for shipment protection.

Please Note:

• Our team will arrange the Return pickup, within 3-4 days of placing the return request. In case the pickup is cancelled by the customer or fails after 3 attempts, additional charges will be levied as per the logistics partner.
• We take no liability in case an incorrect piece is handed over. Additional reverse and forward shipping charges will be levied for pickup of the correct pieces.
• We do not accommodate returns for international orders.

We don’t offer exchanges currently. However, you may return the products and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style using your gift card.

We make our garments with utmost care. However, if for some reason your item is faulty, please get in touch with our Customer Experience team with the photos/videos of the faulty item at contact@atri.in, within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: We can ONLY replace a faulty item with the exact same product. A refund can only be provided in case the item is out of stock.

Once the product is picked up refunds will be initiated within 6 to 7 business days after careful inspection of the returned item.

A bank refund can only be issued if -

• An order is cancelled before dispatching
• A product goes ‘Out of Stock’ after ordering
• or a replacement for a Faulty Product is not available.

In case of a Return, you will receive a House of Atri Store Credit. This will be issued after careful inspection of the returned item on your registered email ID in the form of a gift card with lifetime validity.

Please note: A fixed shipping cost of ₹150 is deducted from the refundable amount.

You can redeem your Gift Card at the checkout page. Here's how:

1. Proceed to the checkout page after adding your chosen products to the cart. You can locate the cart icon at the top right corner of your screen.
2. Under the order summary, click on "Apply a Coupon Code."
3. Enter the gift card code (without spaces) in the "Apply a Coupon Code" box and apply it. Your gift card has a lifetime validity.

After 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your order, the package is returned to our warehouse. The order is then treated as cancelled.

• In case of a prepaid order, a fixed shipping cost of ₹150 is deducted from the refundable amount. The balance is refunded as a Gift Voucher (sent to your email).
• In case of a partial COD order, a fixed shipping cost of ₹150 is deducted from the prepaid amount. The balance is refunded as a Gift Voucher (sent to your email).

Please note that we will not process the refund back to the source in case of unsuccessful delivery.

We do our best to make sure you receive everything you ordered. But occasionally, things can go wrong. If an item is incorrect or missing from your order, please get in touch with our Customer Experience Team at contact@atri.in and we’ll do our best to get any missing items to you as soon as possible!

Despite our best efforts, there are rare instances where our online warehouse might not be able to fulfil your order due to the item being out of stock. If this happens, our Customer Experience Team will be in touch, and we'll arrange a refund for you as soon as possible.

We do our best to dispatch your order by the next working day.

Our Warehouse is open Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), orders placed outside of these days will be dispatched the next available business day

However, during peak times and sale periods, there can be delays due to the high volume of orders we receive. After your order confirmation, your next update will be from our shipping partner when your order is on the way.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an Email and WhatsApp message confirming your tracking information.

You can only cancel/edit your order before the items are dispatched.

Amendments may include but are not limited to:

• Change of delivery address
• Changes to colours and sizes
• Adding or removing items
• Applying discounts
• Full order cancellations

Unfortunately, we can’t cancel or amend any online orders after your order has been dispatched.

• Shipping is free for all prepaid domestic orders over ₹1499.
• For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge 20% of the total amont in advance, as handling charges. 
• For international shipping, we charge ₹2000 for orders under ₹15000. For orders above ₹15000, we charge ₹1000. Please write to us at contact@atri.in in case of any queries.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the order. If you have paid using UPI or Netbanking, you should also receive a notification from them confirming the transaction.

If still unsure, please get in touch with our customer experience team at contact@atri.in and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you.

Customs and import duty may apply to orders for delivery outside of India and are levied by the destination country. The customer is liable for all import duties as well as customer and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to.

Please note, Cash On Delivery payment option is available only in India, at locations covered by our logistics partners. We do try to provide this facility across the country but there are few locations beyond our support. For such locations, we provide the prepaid option. At the moment, we do not offer an EMI option.

Digital gift cards purchased online are sent to the email address provided on the order as a digital gift card. Digital gift cards can only be used online and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced. House of Atri will not be responsible for lost or stolen Digital Gift Cards or if your Digital Gift Card is used without your permission.
