When will my order be dispatched?
We know no one likes waiting.
We do our best to dispatch your order by the next working day.
Our Warehouse is open Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), orders placed outside of these days will be dispatched the next available business day
However, during peak times and sale periods, there can be delays due to the high volume of orders we receive. After your order confirmation, your next update will be from our shipping partner when your order is on the way.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an Email and WhatsApp message confirming your tracking information.
If you need further assistance, email us at contact@atri.in. We are available on weekdays (except Public holidays) from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Can I cancel/edit/amend my order?
Unfortunately, we can’t cancel or amend any online orders after your order has been placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

Change of delivery address

Changes to colours and sizes

Adding or removing items
-
Applying discounts
-
Full order cancellations
With this in mind, please be extra careful when you’re placing your order to make sure that all your details are full and correct.
What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is free for all prepaid domestic orders.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge ₹100 as handling charges in in advance. (non-refundable).

For international shipping, we charge ₹2000 for orders under ₹15000. For orders above ₹15000, we charge ₹1000. Please write to us at contact@atri.in in case of any queries.
How do I know my order has been placed successfully?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the order. If you have paid using UPI or Netbanking, you should also receive a notification from them confirming the transaction.
If you’re unsure for whatever reason, don’t be shy – get in touch with our customer experience team at contact@atri.in and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you.
What if I was not available at the time of order delivery? How can I get the order? How will I get the refund in case of a prepaid order?
After 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your order, the package is returned to our warehouse. The order is then treated as cancelled. If you are still interested, you can immediately drop us an email at contact@atri.in and we will re-ship it.
In case you decide to cancel the order, we will email you regarding the same. The refund will be issued as a gift card only, which will be sent to your registered email with lifetime validity. Please note that we will not process the refund back to the source.
Are customs and duties taxes applied at checkout for International orders?
Customs and import duty may apply to orders for delivery outside of India and are levied by the destination country. The customer is liable for all import duties as well as customer and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to.
Please note: We do not accommodate returns/exchanges in case of international orders.
