How can I cancel my order?
You cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped. Cancellations are only possible before the tracking details are generated with our delivery partner (this typically happens before the order is shipped).

In case of cancellation of my prepaid order, what is your refund policy?
In case of cancellation (before the order is shipped), we will refund the amount back to the original source within 2-3 business days.
How do I return my order?
To return or exchange your orders, please make sure you initiate the request within 7 days of delivery.
You can click here to initiate the return process.
Please ensure all items returned/exchanged have original tags, and intact seal, and are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Avoid makeup or any other marks. Hand over correct items to the pickup executive to prevent incorrect returns. Reuse original packaging for shipment protection.
Please Note:

Primary return/Exchange pickup will be done within 3-4 days of triggering the return/exchange request. In case the pickup is cancelled by the customer or fails after 3 attempts, additional charges will be levied as per the logistic partner.

We take no liability in case an incorrect piece is handed over. Additional reverse and forward shipping charges will be levied for pickup of the correct pieces again and shipping back the wrong piece.

We do not accommodate returns for international orders.

How do I exchange my order?
We don’t offer exchanges currently. However, you may return the products and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style using your store credit.
What if my item is faulty?
We make our garments with utmost care. However, if for whatever reason your item is faulty, please get in touch with our Customer Experience team with the photos/videos of the faulty item at contact@atri.in, within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please Note: We can ONLY replace a faulty item with the same product. A refund can only be provided in case the item is out of stock.
How long does the return process take?
Once the product is picked up refunds will be initiated within 4 to 5 business days after careful inspection of the returned item.
Am I eligible for a Refund?

or a replacement for a Faulty Product is not available.
In case of a Return, you will receive a House of Atri Store Credit. This will be issued after careful inspection of the returned item on your registered email ID in the form of a gift code with lifetime validity.
How do I redeem my gift card?
You can redeem your Gift Card at the checkout page. Here's how:
Proceed to the checkout page after adding your chosen products to the cart. You can locate the cart icon at the top right corner of your screen.
Under the order summary, click on "Have a Gift Card"? Click Here.
Enter the gift card code (without spaces) in the "Gift Card code box" and apply it. Your gift card has a lifetime validity.
What if I was not available at the time of order delivery? How can I get the order? How will I get the refund in case of a prepaid order?
After 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your order, the package is returned to our warehouse. The order is then treated as cancelled. If you are still interested, you can immediately drop us an email at contact@atri.in and we will re-ship it.
In case you decide to cancel the order, we will email you regarding the same. The refund will be issued as a gift card only, which will be sent to your registered email with lifetime validity. Please note that we will not process the refund back to the source.
I have received my order but an item is missing or incorrect. What do I do?
We do our best to make sure you receive everything you ordered without a hiccup. But occasionally, things can go wrong. If an item is incorrect or missing from your order, please get in touch with our Customer Experience Team at contact@atri.in and we’ll do our best to get any missing items to you as soon as possible!
My order was confirmed, but I've been contacted that an item is out of stock.
Despite our best efforts, there are rare instances where our online warehouse might not be able to fulfill your order due to damaged or missing items. If this happens, our Customer Experience Team will be in touch, and we'll arrange a refund for you as soon as possible.
