• Shipping: Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
• Returns & Refunds: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued as STORE CREDIT only, after quality checks, with a ₹200 return shipping fee.
• Exchanges & Faulty Items: While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return and reorder with store credit. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded if out of stock.
• Order Cancellations & Delivery Failures: Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund. Prepaid orders that fail delivery after 3 attempts are refunded as store credit with lifetime validity.
